Number of couples getting married in 2007: 5
Number of couples having a baby in 2007: 4
None of the couples I know are both getting married and having a baby. Yet. The numbers keep on growing. This is the current count, and I am sure someone will call/email me with news to make me revise the numbers after they read this post.
Wow. I guess this is how old people feel like when they know more people who have died than they do alive. Or not.
But this is a strange phenomenon that spreads like a wildfire in the 20 to 30-something years. I understand the logistics of why, but it still kind of freaks me out nonetheless.
